How to Lose Weight After 40?

Many people after 40’s want to lose weight but they are unable to do that.
Here i will discuss about some ways by which you can lose some weight after 40’s.
In your 40’s you can gain weight very easily but when it come to lose weight after 40 it is very difficult.
Consume Fruits and Vegetables: Try to add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take more nutritious food and less amount of fat and carbs, avoid sugar containing food in your 40’s this can cause diseases like diabetes.
Take small meals: Take small meals that contains less calories.
Track Less Calories: You should know how much calories you need everyday and on that basis you must track your calories in meals.
Consume less at night: Try to consume less amount of food in your dinner. This will help you to gain less amount of weight over night.
Stay Active: You must stay active in your 40’s too. Becoming inactive and lazy in your 40’s will make you more and more fat in this age, so try to do some work and stay active in your 40’s.
Do Exercise: You must do exercise regularly to stay fit and to lose weight. Doing exercise is a very good and effective way to lose weight. You should do exercise at least 4-5 days in a week.
Try to get a good sleep: Insufficient sleep may effect your health so try to get sleep of at least 6-7 hours.
