Many people are confused how to consume oatmeal for weight loss. So i am here to discus about it. What is Oatmeal?

Oatmeal is a allrounder diet, this can be used for weight gain as well as for weight loss. It is rich in calories, healthy carbs, healthy fat and a decent amount of protein. It is easily available every where, affordable and most important it is easily customisable as a result of which it can be used for both weight gain and weight loss.

How to prepare Oatmeal for weight loss?

While making oatmeal try not to add any kind of sugar, it  contains unhealthy fat and thus make you fat. Add fiber rich foods like nuts, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. Stay away from flavoured oats this kind of oats contains sugar, go for plain oats. Add low fat milk. Don’t add any fatty food like butter, you can add 1 table spoon of peanut butter, peanut butter is good for health. You can add 1-2 egg whites.

You can take oatmeal 3 times a day in the first week and 2 meals from the 2nd week. (according to your choice). It will not let you feel hunger and your calories will be maintained through out the day.
