Yoga to Lose Weight from Hips and Thighs.

Hi everyone!
Today i will discuss about a most common problem of specially females. Many females are suffering from over sized hips and thighs. In this generation almost every females want a good shaped body (Specially hips and thighs).
And they might be looking for a proper guide to get a good shape.
Here i will discuss about some Yogas to Lose Weight from Hips and Thighs.

Here are some “Yoga to Lose Weight from Hips and Thighs”.

1.Anjaneyasana: In this yoga you are doing lunges (low lunge). This lunges is a effective way to lose the extra fat of hips and thighs. Lunges are recommended for getting a slimmer hips. While doing this yoga hips and thighs are targeted and fats present in this parts of the body is burned out. So gradually you will get a good shape.

Procedure: Start with the dog facing down. Now exhale and move your right foot between your arms. Keep your left knee tight on the ground and touch the ground on the front of your foot. Now lift your torso from the ground and hold your hands on top of your head.

2.Supta Padangusthasana: By doing this yoga you will able to strengthen your pelvic area. Along with strengthening your pelvic area this will effect your legs and hips as well.

Procedure: Lie down on your back, lift your right leg at a 90 degree angle and try holding your big toe with your hands. Keep the other leg stretched on the ground.

3.Ardha Bhekasana: This yoga will mainly target your thighs. This yoga will help you to reduce abdominal fat as well.

Procedure: Lie on your stomach and hold your forearms on the ground. Now lift your head with your hands slowly. Bend your right knee and pick your right hand. Support your body with your left forearm.

4.Adho Mukha Svanasana: This yoga helps to strengthen your toes and knees. If you want to get a slimmer thighs and buts this will definitely going to give you a good result.

Procedure: Start by sitting on the floor, with palms and knees and extending your fingers. Now take a deep breath and push your hips out to the ceiling while you exhale.Right your knees and balance the weight of your body on your palms and feet. Keep all this hanging your head between your arms. Keep it for 15 – 20 seconds, then breathe out and return to the starting point.

5.Utkatasana: This yoga is one of the most effecting yoga for getting a slimmer thighs and hips.

Procedure: Start with your feet straight apart. Take your hands over your head while inhaling. Make sure your two hands face each other. Now face up and look at your thumbs.Now bend your knees slowly while you exhale, do not bend too much. Keep in place and sink into it slowly and sit. You can lie down even to relax.
