Today i came up with weight loss tips.

Here are 10 Most effective tips to loss weight:

1.Drink water: You must drink 3-4 litres of water regularly especially before doing workout. Drinking water helps you to lose weight. It helps to boost metabolism. Try to drink water after every one hour and 1/2 hour before every meal.

2.Eat Protein rich food in the breakfast: In studies it has been found that eating a quality protein in the breakfast helps you to lose weight as less calories is consumed.
Eating eggs in the breakfast might be a good choice.

4.Take less amount of Sugar: You mush cut down the amount of sugar you are taking every day. Try to consume sugar as less as possible. Sugar is high in calories and if it is taken in more amount it causes you to gain unhealthy fat. So stay away from sugar.
