Indian Diet Plan For Flat Stomach!

Hey guys!
Here i came with solution of your problem.
Now a days every one want a flat stomach, but unfortunately they are not able to get a well shaped flat stomach. In todays world most of the people are busy in their daily work and hardly get time to take care of their diet.
So today i came up with a simple diet plan for flat stomach, its easy to follow.

Early Morning:

A glass of lemon juice, this contains 0 (zero) calories.
A cup of green tea, black tea or black coffee.

Breakfast:

1 or 2 Wheat chapati
150-200 ml of low fat milk
Oats with milk, (you can add honey)
Fruit salad.
Walnut       (Walnut 200 grams BUY NOW)
Almonds    (500 gram almonds BUY NOW )
sprout
Boiled egg

Lunch:

Brown rice (try not to consume more then 250 mg)
Mixed vegetable  (should be cooked with minimum oil)
2 wheat chapati
Salad

Evening Snacks:

Green tea     (BUY NOW)
Nuts
Fruits

Dinner:

Brown Rice
Brown bread
1 Bowl Oat meal       (Quaker Oats Pouch, 1kg  BUY NOW)
Salad
1 or 2 wheat chapati.

Along with diet make sure you are taking  proper amount of water. You must take at least 2.5 – 3.5 litres of water regularly. Try to consume water before taking meals.

Along with taking low fat diet you have to do exercises as well.If you are doing exercise make sure diet contains proper amount of protein.
You can add egg whites in your diet to fulfil the requirement of protein.

In the above diet list i have mentioned all the food stuffs you can add in your diet.
Now you chose from those foods and add them in your diet. I hope you will see the result with in a few weeks.
