Today i came up with a list of healthy low calorie breakfast that you can take if you goal is to lose weight. Many people get confused when it comes to breakfast. Healthy Low Calorie Breakfast For Weight Loss:

7.Nuts: You can consume different kinds of nuts like peanut, walnut, almonds in the breakfast. This will provide you a good energy and low amount of fat which will not make you fat.
