Here today i will discus about “Why Protein is good for Weight Loss?”
Many people those who are trying to lose weight i want to suggest them that they should take foods that are rich in protein. In studies it has been found that proteins help in loosing weight.

Reasons why Protein is good for Weight Loss:

 

1. Foods that are rich in proteins will help you feel fuller for a long period of time. Protein digest slowly so it helps you to take more number of meals through out the day and thus helps you to take less amount of calories for weight loss.

2. Some times when you take foods that are high in sugar then a combination of Protein and Carbs rich foods slows down the absorption of sugar in from your stomach to your blood.

3. We need some amount of energy to digest our foods into small absorbable components.So, for digesting protein we need more amount of energy thus we are burning more calories here and thus protein is helping to lose weight by burning a more amount of calories.

4. In studies it has been found that fat can’t burn it self without help of carbs or protein. Most of the people will disagree with this but its a scientific fact. During weight you need burn the fat, so you need to take a good amount of protein in your diet and it will boost the burning of fat in your body and thus helping in loosing weight.

You don’t have to take a lots of protein it could make some strain problem in your kidney in long period of time. You can make a protein plan for you. You can take 20% of your calories from protein which is enough for a average person.
