Reasons why you are not Losing Weight.

Today i came up with a commonly asked query of people. Most of the people who want to lose weight are asking that they want to lose weight and they are doing workout and taking diet but still they are not able to lose weight.
Here i will discuss some of the reasons you are not losing weight. If you are also trying to lose weight but unable to do that, then you should give attention to some of this reasons because of which you might be not loosing weight.
Reasons why you are not Losing Weight:
1.You are not tracking your meals: You must know how much calories you required everyday and according to that requirement you should track your meals everyday.
2.You are not taking enough Protein: You need to take a good amount of protein. Protein will help you to improve your metabolic and help you to lose weight.
3.Consuming more calories: If you are not losing weight you might be taking a more calories then your requirement. You must know how much calories you need and you should take according to your requirement only.
4.You are not doing proper exercises: If you are not losing weight it might be due to you are not doing exercise properly with intensity. You should do some high intensity workout to lose weight.
5.Taking Sugar: You might be not losing weight because you are still taking sugar in your meals or diet. If you are still taking sugar then avoid taking sugar. Sugar contains a lot of unhealthy fat and it will not let you to lose weight.
6.Not taking proper sleep: You are not losing weight may be due to you are not sleeping enough. A proper sleep of 6-8 hour is needed for mental and physical health. Taking a proper amount of sleep is going to help you to lose weight.
7.Not taking proper amount of Water: You might be not taking a proper amount of water daily. Water will help you to lose weight and flash out the unnecessary fat and toxic substance from our body. Human body need 2-4 litres of water daily.
8.Consuming Junk Foods: If you are consuming junk food then it might be due to this you are not losing weight. Any one who wants to lose weight must stay away from junk foods. In junk foods their are lots of unhealthy fat which will not let you to lose weight.
In the above list i have mentioned some of the reasons due to which you might be not losing weight. So, if you are also doing any of them, then you should avoid doing this and you will definitly see the results.
