It can be very helpful for many people for those how are suffering from diabetes and are are also suffering from over weight. Here i will discuss about some diet that diabetes patient can add in their meals and it will help them to lose weight. If you are also suffering from such problem them you are the right pace.

It’s every one’s dream or everyone want to maintain a healthy weight and to maintain a good body shape but due to some problem they are unable to do that. Some people are having diabetes so, doing a lots of exercise for weight loss is not possible for them, they also have to maintain the blood sugar level. Vegetables: Broccoli, Collard greens, and okra.
Fruits: Berries.
Dairy Products: Low fat milk, low fat yogurt, skimmed milk.
Grains: Whole grains, brown rice, wheat roti, etc.
Foods to stay away from:
If you are suffering from diabetes then you must consume your diet carefully. For diabetes patient their are some foods that can be harmful for them. So, foods that you should stay from are: Foods that contains high amount of fat, any processed food items, sugar containing foods, processed carbs containing food, processed whole grain foods. This are some of the foods that you should stay away from if you are suffering from diabetes.
